How do I make smooth scaling effect? was created by elektroneg
When I scale images (with keyframes), the scaling isn't smooth. I start with a big image (like 400%) and scale it to about 80%, trying to make text fall on the screen:
All the action takes 5 frames for each image (the text is a *.png image). Is there a way to make the motion smoother? Like motion blur between subsequent frames?
Thanks for any advice!

Motion has a motion blur function. But only 5 frames, that's not much wiggle room for much of anything going to that extreme. I'd use a Behavior in Motion to do this. Or create a custom title template like that.
Again, if you're simply doing text, I'd use text in FCP, not a png file. You'd get better results.
