Trouble with poster frames in chapters FCPX 10.1.4 was created by Robes

Hi All-
I'm using FCPX v. 10.1.4. I am unable to export chapters with personally selected poster frames by dragging the orange pin to the wanted frame. The chapters export and show up but the "thumbnail" poster is the frame which the chapter marker lies upon. I have only tried this using Quick Time 7. Is this just me or a bug?
