Why is SD taking same amount of Gigabite as HD? was created by nitro79
Im not sure if Im doing something wrong here?
I have imported a bunch of HD tapes that are 60 mins long and they take approx 13GB.
These tapes where all imported with FCPX with Archive feature.
Then I am now importing a bunch of SD tapes with a program called LifeFlix. I am using this program due to some issues FCPX was having with importing tapes from cam taken with another cam.
Anyways all SD tapes are coming out approx 13GB as well? Is this correct? I would have thought there is less data on SD as its 720 so would have guessed them to be around 6.5GB.
Anyone shed any light and if this all seems correct?
