Audio in clip won't playback

Hi there,

Anyone able to shed any light on this issue I'm having.

I have pulled a clip into the timeline that clearly has audio but for some reason it's dimmed out and won't playback.

Any ideas?

You might check the channel configurations, make sure the channel with the audio is active in the timeline.

It has audio but the level is way too low. You could try to add the Gain filter to raise the volume of the clip, but I'm afraid the level is so low that this will bring a lot of noise in the audio.
