Tradional TV "luma level" for "skin tone" as in your image would be between 70 - 75 % of the waform scale, ( but this is for situations when the lighting is balanced for TV ) this will have to be adjusted to respect maximum white level if there is to much contrast in the lighting or highly reflective material gets in the shots.

Let me start with the situation it was shot in. The high school auditorium had no back ground lighting, hence the completely blacked out curtain behind the subjects. Based on the different white balance between cameras one and two, I'm thinking the stage lighting has untold hours of use.
Reviewing ( www.fcp.co/final-cut-pro/tutorials/1483-...n-in-final-cut-pro-x ) "A new tutorial set on Colour Correction in Final Cut Pro," "Colour matching." Mark Spencer leads me to think I should have RGB wave forms that more closer match each other. Not like mine with lots of reds in the highlights and mid-range.
To me, the shot seems fine for a high school play, regardless what the RGB wave form shows. Or, my corrected vision is deceiving me?

If this is not for broadcast I wouldn't worry about it. You have some fairly dominant reds that make the flesh tones appear "theatrical", but as this is a stage act it won't bother anyone.
If you would want to diminish the amount of red: put an adjustment layer on top of your edit, select it and in the Inspector use the color board to lower the red in the highlights and the midtones. When you do this with the RGB waveform activated you will see that the green and blue tones will raise while you lower the reds and you will get a more balanced shot. But, as I said: if this is not for broadcast it looks quite good as it is.
