So whenever I look in Activity Monitor I usually see this (see image below) whether Final Cut Pro is running or not. What's the deal with this? It did this on my old system and even on a clean install of OS 10.10.1 and the applications therin. I don't think it's causing a problem, it just seems weird. I don't have any legacy versions of Compressor installed. After being force quit they will usually relaunch after a small amount of time even if I don't open any other programs. They will then almost immediately go red again like this.

The hell?
