One problem but i'm not sure, Is it Os System or Final cut

I use Final cut proX 10.1.3
**When I edited some project long time (may be 3-4 hour non stop)
sometime the computer will shut off the display and restart automatic (2-3 time in this month)

(Mac Pro 2014 6 Core) Mac os 10.9.5
just buy 3 month ago.

So i my macbookretina 2012 (top)Mac os 10.9.5. I never have problem like this but I'm not sure about Version Final cut proX10.1.3 because i just update in November on my macbookretina and i didn't working a lot.
But my macbook never have happen like this

Problem is Mac Pro ? , FCPX 10.1.3 or Os system ?

Does the screen go black or does the MacPro actually shuts down? Do you get a warning message before this happens?

Maybe a kernel panic in which case it's likely to be a hardware problem, maybe with the RAM. Best to have an Apple tech check it out.

Tom is correct, that's a hardware problem that needs to be checked out ASAP. Over the years I've had this happen three times on three different Macs. GPU, RAM, bad data bus on the system board. Get it checked out ASAP before the system won't boot up at all.

Have you tried to turn of Automatically adjust brightness, in Display preferences ?

yes, just screen off and Mac Pro restart
