Fcp x 10.1.4 suddenly take too much time to start

Fcp x 10.1.4 suddenly take too much time to start ?
Im working on the new retina imac 27 5i standard setup everything was working nice and smooth
yesterday after i uninstall some plugins fcpx & motion have a very slow start up
almost like its been remove from the fast fusion part of the Hd ?

If this happens after installing or uninstalling plugins that's quite normal. But it should only happen once and after this FCP X and Motion should start up as usual.

If the plugins were FxPlug ones (FxFactory, BorisCC etc...) it's also a good idea to repair permissions on the startup drive and to delete your FCP X preferences after having deleted them. FxPlug plugins are not just things you add and remove, they have their own installer and preference files in the OS. So it's always a good idea to clean your system after adding or deleting them.

An additional note to Ronny*s reply.
With FxFactory you have to disable the plugins in the FxFactory app and not to delete them them in the Motion Templates folder. Otherwise the will re-install automatically.
