I am having a problem with final cut x and its killing me i have a project which i was completely done with and i am trying to open it but it wont open final cut just keeps on crashing! i even exported the xml and reimported and still the same!

Can you open any other Projects without crashing?
Did you use any third party plugins in the Projects in that Library, if so, which ones?

1- Try opening a backup (Movies folder, Final Cut Backups folder).
2- Open FCPX while holding the Opt+Cmd keys, in order to trash pref files. See if that helps.
3- You could try a reinstall of FCPX.
