Can't move my timeline was created by Idanlove1234

Hi everyone!!
I wondering if anyone had experience the problem I'm having.
At the Bottom of the timeline there's a small strip that allow you to move your timeline forward or backward, for someone reason mine disappear!
I don't know how it called so I can't check for the shortcut for it, any suggestions? thanks in advance!

The scroll bars are a function of the OS. By default they're hidden in system preferences. You can change their behavior in System Preferences/General.
