There are two spots on this video that are flickering on and off. I tried to copy and paste into a different timeline but same problem. I checked original media and it does not have the artifacts. Any clue on what could have caused this.

Running 10.1.13 / 2014 iMac / System 10.10

If you select a clip in the Browser and right click>Reveal in Finder an open in in QuickTime, do you still see those artifacts? And what format are these clips…are they native or optimized?

The artifacts do not appear in the original footage. Footage is optimized. I tried copying to a different event, but the artifacts went with the footage.
