We use it, and it still works

Seriously: if you absolutely need this software for FCP X right now, you can still buy it from dozens of vendors. If you don't really need it right now, wait a few months.

They cannot sell the AS-11 plugin anymore, and the entire ImEx suite is gone as well. So probably someone bought that technology. I think we will know more in a few months.

Fun thing is that they moved from their old location to a big business center and their chief programmer's bill is paid by another company.
You may try an internet search who is paying him
