Cant see my files after doing Multiclip with Plural eyes

Hi, I need some help please
I use Plural eyes to sync my cameras, I export it to FCPX, the XML file automatically open up in FCPX but I read the files I do see the clip but it's all black inside.
Funny part when I go back to event where the files are, most of the clip are also back, what going on? anyone have any idea what wrong? and how can I solve it?

As you are not using FCP X to synchronize the files I would contact the PluralEyes support forum: support.redgiant.com/forums/20767149-PluralEyes

You will see there are a lot of reported issues about PluralEyes not properly relinking over there.
