"The operation could not be completed because an error occurred when creating frame 30682 (error -1)

I try to make a Master File of a 8 minute 36 second HD Film. FCPX is giving me a headache with this message (repeatedly) after about 21% render.

Specs (I know, it's not the newest / fastest piece):
FCPX 10.0.8
iMac OS X Lion 10.8.5
Processor 3.06 Intel Core 2 Duo
12 GB 1067 Mhz DDR3
ATI Radeon HD 4670 256MB

Settings
H.264
Resolution 1920 x 1080 (25fps)

The first thing you can try is to delete your Render files and let FCPX re-render. For me it works most of the time.

Also a good idea check that frame and re-edit it if necessary.

You can set Time Display to frames in the preferences.
