question about folders in Library Pane

I just transferred a project from fcp6 to fcpX using 7toX. Everything appears to have transferred. The only problem is that the only way I can see all my clips is when I click on the Library icon in the browser. All my clips are lumped together. All 4000 of them! I don't see any folder structure at all.

It was my understanding that the 7toX transfer would maintain the folder structure from fcp6. What am I missing here? Granted, I'm brand new to fcpX.

Hi Matthew, welcome to the forum.

Any Bins you had in the FCP project should be translated to keyword collections in FCP X.
Open your Library and under the Library you see the Event. Click on the disclosure triangle next to the Event. This should reveal all the keyword collections that have been created from your folders.
