Ever wanted a scrubber bar on the viewer in FCPX?

All,

Lucas Otero does and he's made this video to show us what it might look like.

Maybe "nice to have", but you already can do this in the clip browser when you work in List view or when you zoom in on a clip in Thumbnail view. So not the most imperative needed feature, IMO.

From a UI-point of view, this would mean a 'one info twice' = NoNo ... :)
So, I too don't believe, this is under top-priority at Cupertino ...

... plus, I'm under the impression, that FCPX is 'meant to be' controlled via MagicTrackPad = in use here, and it's a real joy to 'swoosh' thru timelines/clips with a simple gesture ...

The current scrubbing tool is fine with me. I will also second the comment about the Magic Trackpad. Its fluidity and great experience are unequaled. I'm even selling off my Euphonics Transport, as I never touch it any more.

I really really want it. As I use two monitors I hate the fact that I have to have my browser in list view and then look from screen to screen to see what is going on. Just make it like the import window. That's all I want.

A hardware job wheel does the job pretty well, too.
