Blinking lines top of footage - new problem

I got very irritant problem with Final Cut X. It seems to be problem with newest version of FCPX which I updated when put Maverick on my Mac. There is about 2-3 pixel blinking line top of footage and also sometimes down of footage. Check in here When I check the raw footage in FCPX event, there is no blinking line at all. When I put it in timeline, there it is and after compressor work that is also in video. That is new problem and I just noted that some days ago. Seems to be that the problem is with footage shot with Canon Legria 30. One solution is set scale 101%, but that is not nice to do with every clip.

My project settings are 720HD and 1280 x 720 and 30p. Any ideas how to solve this?
