How to make clips look like a historical flashback was created by DMitchell
Hi,
In many history documentaries they include dramatised flashbacks that often have a stylised look... and also hides the fact that the reconstruction is low budget.
Does anyone have any idea of how to achieve this kind of effect?
Thanks,
D

There are many different looks that are used to indicate a flashback. Most common are a vignette, sepia, B&W, or bleach bypass -- or a combination of these (try bleach bypass with vignette)
