Hi All.
Does anyone know of a simple plugin to control what resolve calls offset and FCPX calls the master exposure, i.e an effect that shifts the whole waveform uniformly? I'm trying to apply this control before LUT utility without using compound clips.

I use HyColour Pro for just that scenario. It's obviously more than just a simple exposure control but it has an exposure control amongst its other features. It's probably all I use for 90% of my colour correction.
If you just wanted a simple exposure control, I'd probably just roll my own from Motion, although I'm sure plenty have already done that and could save the effort.
