Color shift and desaturation of picture using a DCP made with OPEN DCP

Last month I posted a topic about creating a DCP using Open DCP. Thanks to many of the answers I received from this forum I can say that I successfully created the DCP that was run on a theater project successfully. Picture was sharp, audio was clear and everything sunk up. The problem I encountered was that the picture color had shifted to a greenish grey color and was washed out. Much like the color you see if you view a TIFF or JPEG 2000 in the XYZ color space on a RGB monitor. The projectionist at the theater thought the projector was not able to correctly interpret the XYZ conversion . Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated

I was under the impression that DCP had to be in XYZ space?

...which would imply that the problem is with your projection system, not your DCP conversion.

(caution: I'm really not a DCP expert, just did a bunch of reading earlier in the year!)

If your TIFF looks washed out then you did something wrong with conversion to the TIFF file, only the JPEG2000 file should look washed out.

If you use DAVINCI RESOLVE 11 to preview the DCP it should look very close to what you will see in the theatre
