How to consolidate original media in FCPX

Hellooooo,

im having a problem here. While importing footage from external drives i never checked the box to also copy the original media onto my library drive but only to create optimized media. Is there any easy way i can get all the original media from the external drives which are still connected into my library.

I remember in earlier versions there was a organize function that would do that but i don t see it in 10.1.2 anymore.

Any help anybody?

Assuming the current version in library properties in the Inspector maje sure the media locations are set to the library. With the library selected in the panel use File>Consolidate Library files.
