Rate conform not working with my A7s footage. was created by JFilmmaker1
Shot 120fps @720P with my A7s brought it into FCPX and did rate conform and nothing happens. Was wondering if anybody had any suggestions.

Why do you want to rate conform this footage? Shooting at a higher speed than the Project frame rate is only useful for slow-motion purposes.
If this is for slow-motion: drop the 120fps footage onto a 25fps or 30fps timeline, select the 120fps clip on the timeline and use the "Automatic Speed" feature in the Retiming options to make the 120 individual frames play on your 25 or 30 fps timeline. This results in a very smooth slow-motion effect.
