Greetings! I just updated to 10.1.3. I've never had this problem before so I'm guessing it's a new bug. When I start a new project, the timeline starts at 14:28:37:12. I tried with an existing library and a new one. Same problem. Really annoying when you need a spot to be a specific length. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Specifically anyone who installed the recent update?

Yup, I expanded the custom settings and it was as simple as resetting it to 0. I've just never had it start at anything other than 0:0:0:0 before. Thanks!
