Motion 5 resizing project? was created by chk70
Fellow night workers,
I´ve made an intro for an instruction video in Motion 5. Now when I upload it to Youtube the size of the intro is smaller then expected, is there anyway of resizing all layers att once. Attached a screen shot. I want the white field to fill screen. Thanks in advance.

You should be able to select your project, and copy and paste it into a project that has the correct resolution.

In Motion, all layers will be the Project frame size, equally.
- Select the Project layer in the Layers pane.
- In the Inspector, go to the Properties tab.
- Change the Preset parameter.
- Be aware than Motion (even with the copy/paste suggestion previously posted) will not automatically resize the content of layers, ever. That said...
- If you make the project larger than it originally was created as, remember to do a Shift-Z (fit Canvas to window).
- Also, you may get some generated graphics elements that need resizing or certain parameters re-tweaked.
- If you make the project smaller than it originally was created as, you may want to go to the View menu, select Show Full View Area (Shift-V), so you can see all of the stuff that gets hidden when the frame size is reduced.
