Keyframes move themselves to a different location in 10.1.2

I have submitted this bug to Apple a few days ago but I'm curious if anyone else sees it. Basically if you make a keyframe in the inspector, it will not always put that keyframe where the playhead rests. I have noticed this mostly when I try to put keyframes at the very beginning and end of a clip in the timeline.
Here is my example: Got lots of layers of graphics piled on top of each other (mine go below the primary timeline). I want all of these layers to move independently throughout the clip. So I align all of them up where I want them to end. Highlight each one and mark a keyframe on the Position parameter in the inspector. Now I go to the very beginning of the clip and move the layers where I want them to start. Now if I Control + V these clips to see where the keyframes are, some of them are not at the beginning but at random points in the clip. I have to physically move the keyframes to the beginning and hope that they stay there. Also, sometimes when marking the keyframes in the Inspector the playhead will suddenly jump to a new location. That's where the keyframe will actually be placed.

Yeah, I had something very similar the other day.

Yep it's a known issue and I think we already had a thread about this before. It only happens with keyframes set in the Inspector. If you set them in the Viewer the keyframes will be spot-on.
