Timeline index edit

I'm trying to add a note to a title in the Timeline index. This works fine on clips but not with titles. I can edit the title name or the role but when I try to edit the notes field the selection turns grey.

I'm I missing something or is this a limitation of the app?

No, it doesn't work. I've never used it, but I doubt it ever worked. There is no note field in the Info Inspector. But it's there. It should work and the note field should be added to Info. Use feedback for a feature request. Not like it's a hard one to implement.

As Tom said – it never worked.

I personally use it together with XML to have "locked" subtitles.
