Product Demo Animation Tip

I've been doing some product demo animations in C4D. These include GI renders that take considerable time.
On a hunch I tried something. I done a render with half the amount of frames necessary, no motion blur. I imported it into FCPX and retimed it to half speed with optical flow.
The results are amazing, FCPX has perfect footage to retime and the C4D render times are halved.
If 1 person can use this tip, I'll be glad I posted it.

No problem Ronny, I hope you can use it one day.
I also just realised it may not have been explained very well, not to everyone.
The idea is that the animation is rendered out for it's full duration, but with half the frame rate as necessary. so it runs at twice the speed. Then slowing it down to half speed, with optical flow, puts everything back to normal.
