Probably easiest to make the green screen of the guy signing in silhouette and export it using 4444.

Bring in the transparent green screen and put the fill image on the layer underneath and the background on the layer underneath that. To the transparent green screen shot apply blend mode stencil alpha (may be silhouette can't ever remember which is which). That will show the fill layer in the silhouette with black around it.

Combine the green screen alpha and the fill layer into a compound clip.
