I have an issue with sound track and how to import the soundtrack on FCPX project? can anyone guide me the right path?

What format is the audio file? Or do you mean a Soundtrack Pro file? You can't import that.

yes i think it is a soundtrack Pro file. i m not able to import my sound track on FCPX

No, you can't import Soundtrack Pro. You need to export an audio file format like AIFF or WAV from STP.
