Delete your Project Render Files (select Project icon and choose File > Delete Generated Project files > Delete Render Files). Then either re-render the timeline and try exporting again, or just export without rendering.

You can delete the stabilization analysis files in the Library which will force FCP X to analyze the clips again when you start it back up. But unfortunately this will not always solve the issue.
Sometimes this problem arises when you stabilize native long-GOP (AVCHD, H.264 etc...) clips with Optical Flow. Is this the case here?

Also, does this mean we shouldn't be using optical flow anymore?

I isolated the bad clip it by exporting sections of the timeline. In case you didn't know you could do this, select a range on the timeline with the range tool or I & O and then export. I did little chucks of 5 minutes each and then I was able to find the issue.
I hope this helps.

The great thing about this in FCP X is that, because the analysis files are still there, you always can switch back to Optical Flow without having to analyze the clips again.
