Missing feature in FCPX 10.1.2 - Move only used clips was created by iMario
Once upon a time there was a lovely option in Final Cut Pro X to move a project to another library and store only the used clips... This option seems to be missing after 10.1.2...
Has anybody seen it or should we prepare a picture milk carton size?

Select the project in the event. I'm still seeing move project about half way down the File menu.

It is actually even simpler, just create a new library and drag the project timeline to it. It will automatically copy over only the used clips.

The thing I like about the move function is that in one command it lets you make the new library and move the project. Your method duplicates the project, which is actually probably more useful than a move function. The media is duplicated or hard linked in either instance.
