HELP! Corrupted fcp bundle was created by JFilmmaker1
Hi,
I recently tried to compress a video using Compressor, during the middle of the video compressing I got a dialog box pop and say that I used all of the memory on my computer. I looked and it paused all open applications on my computer. So I quit all open applications. I then restarted my computer and tried opening up the library that held my project that I was compressing. This is located on my USB 3.0 external HD. A message popped up and it stated that the file was corrupted.
Now, I have all the original media in the library can I just use a library back up located in the movies folder on my system drive? Just wondering the best solution.

Compressor should not have corrupted the Library, but filling up a drive can make odd things happen.
Yes, use an FCPX backup of the Library, it is only the database that is corrupted. Just to into your backup folder, double-click the backup you want to open. I will not overwrite the original, so no worries there.
