Compressor & x.264: A couple of questions

Thanks to the help that I received here, I managed to get the x.264 codec installed and have created settings to try it out for QuickTime movies. I've looked at the settings for x.264 and I haven't figured out how to be able to select the optimize for download button. I wondered if there was a MOOV atom setting in the options dialog, but I cant find it:



Second, can you use this codec with other formats? Handbrake outputs a nice, small mp4 file with x.264. I haven't figured out how to create an mp4 setting for compressor that lets you use x.264. All I can seem to do is change the h.264 profile.

To your second question: AFAIK, Compressor cannot output x.264 MP4. Only MOV.
