Background Image/Logo and Chapters don't burn to BluRay DVD-Solved

I just burned my project to Blu Ray directly from FCPX but the background image logo and Chapter Markers aren't there?
The Markers are actually there but in numerical segments listed not the Title I used for the markers?
Any help is appreciated?
The Chapter Markers do show up in Quick time if I export it to a movie? But still no background or logo?
And after testing they show up correctly in a DVD burn but not Blu Ray?
I should also mention everything shows up correctly in the preview window of the Blu Ray export in FCPX

Just ran across this looking for an answer....
We can export from either the Project Library, by selecting the project, or from an active timeline.When exporting from the Project Library it should be noted that you can only export one project at a time. When exporting from the timeline the entire project will be exported, you can not set In and Out points nor can you apply Chapter Markers for use in making DVDs.

Does this mean I should export from the Project Library? and how do i do that compared to just selecting export from the menu drop down?

Much of what is quoted in that article was obsolete within months. There have been like 10-11 updates since.

Certainly, FCP X has exported chapter markers that other apps can read for at least two years – not to mention being able to set in and out points that are respected at export.

Im not saying anything bad Im just saying when I export to Blu Ray the Background ....logo...
aren't there and the markers are only listed in time... i.e Chapter 1 00:00:00 Chapter 2 02:00:00
etc...instead of Chapter 1 "the Beginning" but they show up in a Quick Time or DVD export...
Just not Blu Ray?

Played the exported Blu Ray disc on a smart tv and blu ray player and the background and logo and chapters are there....they just don't show up in the layers on my IMAC....weird>???
