Problem with audio sync on shared project was created by cockneyjay

I've created a project which contained interview with multiple people. The audio keeps getting knocked out of sync. Some times it's as soon as they talk but then if I rewind it on quick time you will be able to hear the first couple of minutes but then it will cut out at a different part then it will go out of sync.

What could be causing this?
