I have a project here. Its a video mix with 2 hours or an audio mix and various video clips mostly consisting of time-lapse footage. When I want to export it by sharing it as a Master file i get this error
''The share operation Master File has failed. The operation could not be completed because an error occurred when creating frame 932 (error -1).''
This happens almost instantly when I begin to share the project. What is this about? Im not the best with FCP so help would be great, thanks

It seems to stop at the transitions i have put in, I removed the first one at 932 but when i attempted to share it, it again stopped at frame 5000+ with the same error which was another transition.
It doesn't stop at every transition though. After each new transition there is a new video clip that originally might have been a different quality. I remember in fcp 7 i would get a 'framed rate dropped' error in these same situations but it would render it for me automatically before i export the whole project. How do i fix this? I can just delete the troublesome transitions but i dont want to

It's hard to say what is causing the trouble. It might be the transitions. In this case try to find similar ones and replace the offending ones.
It also is possible that the outgoing and ingoing clips cause the trouble.

Seems I remember this bug from that version. Can you update to 10.1.1?

Select a short section and without rendering export a Pro Res master file. If that works, typically the whole sequence should export.
And yes, I also recall that 10.0.8 had a lot of export "issues".

Its annoying because i wish FCP could just tell me which frames are causing the issue so i can cut them out of it before i share the final project because having to start the process of sharing until i run into the next frame that stops it is very time consuming especially when i have such a big project
*This project contains many different types of video clips where the original video format varies
I have tried both background render on and off and i have changed the Time Display to frames. Any help would be great
