Light shining in between letters effect?

Hey everyone.

Just wondering if anybody has any tips on how to recreate a title similar to the pic I've attached. And not necessarily just a still image, but an actual moving image where the lights peers through the letters from the center out (and maybe even from one side to the other, if anyone knows how to do it!)

That looks more like a spot light shinning on the letters, not from behind the letters. I'll have to look, but I've got one or two plugins I think do that. I'll have to look and see what they are. But using Motion, just animating a spotlight should do it.
