I've got so fed up with FCPX issues (mostly the spinning beach balls/lag that creeps in, I emailed TIm Cook. I got a response back from someone from the FCP team. We went back and forth and he asked if he sent me a drive if I could copy a few projects/library's to the external drive. Has anyone done this before? What was your experience?

We have done this before. It is very helpful for them to see exactly how your workflow is and if they can do something to help you improve it. In our case sending a drive has helped a lot on a very specific issue we had.
