What do you want to know? The one frame cuts? A lot of edits. Very tedious work.

Sometimes it's an effect that switched a layer on and off. Sometimes it's a lot if edits. Sometimes it's in production, rapid lighting changes like flashes. There are a lot of different things going on in there Ina very short period. Seizure inducing effects.

Tom's advice is good. You'll probably find many of those fast sequenced images have a duration of 2 or 3 frames. Effects aside, the images appear to be just very short edits laid down one after the other on the timeline. You'll want to zoom in pretty far to see them individually as you step thru the clip.

Creating history....one edit at a time !
