Log in to your MotionVFX.com account, download latest version in the Order History section. Although mine still only shows 1.0 as the latest version.

at last, an email ... they send 'weekly' ads for new products (amazing products... ), but an update, packed with so many new features would be worth a reminder for paying customers... me think.

It may prompt you to update when it is released, my mFlare did.

The interesting bit from listening to Simon's overview is his mention that current Motion is still using an old version of OpenGL. Hopefully this gets updated soon.
