Hi Team. I have a problem with a fcp7 sequence import on fcpx with your app. Can you please tell whats the problem? I attach a picture of the timeline result after the xml file import from fcp7 to fcpx through your app. What means the red timecode bar, and the clip icon on final cut pro x storyline? After the import, there ir no video preview. I try to relink and didn't work, Try to change the FCP7 Timeline settings same result. Dont find any explanation about the storyline counter bar in red means. Please Help.
Thanks.

That red timeline bar means that the timeline is corrupted. I would shoot an email to intelligent assistance who makes 7 to X and they can help you figure out a solution.

In the mean time you might try deleting the audio tracks and see what happens.

Thanks for your help tpayton! I actually send the same message to developers. Did you mean delete de audio from the fcp7 timeline before xml export?
Thanks a lot. ;)

Yes, dupe the sequence and delete the audio tracks. See what that does.

Oh wait, I think I see the issue. I had one DVCPRO HD project with similar specs and FCPX just couldn't open the media. I ended up converting all the DVCPROHD to ProRes LT and then I was able to get it to work.

Start a fresh library in FCPX and see if you can import and play some of the DVCPROHD media.

BTW. I had other DVCPROHD media that opened just fine in FCPX. Just one gave me trouble.
