Best way to Author Blu-ray?

Sorry, I don't know which sub-forum to put this in so I'll put it here.

I'm using Mavericks 10.9.2 and I'd like to use Adobe Encore but the program is completely useless. It crashes every time I try to open or create a timeline. A quick search of the internet reveals I am not alone in this problem. There is no fix available and Adobe has abandoned the program thinking that nobody wants to author Blu-rays (which is idiotic). Encore CS5 won't even launch in 10.9.2. Toast does a good job but it's much too limited. I can't have multiple audio tracks (commentary tracks, for example). Blu-rays are still quite in demand for what I do and I would like to be able to provide them and make lots of money, but it seems impossible to do this on a modern Mac. Besides Toast and Encore are there any programs that would allow me to have a somewhat-custom menu and allow that menu to select alternate audio like commentary tracks? Bare-bones stuff like what FCPX provides is definitely NOT an option.
