Best detailed Tutorial on FCPX Keyer was created by Disproportionate Pictures

I'm about to look up MacBreak studio's tutorial a while back on FCPX's built-in keyer. I'm doing temp keys for the Rough Cuts on the show (so I'm not interested in going outside X)- and I'm looking for the best tutorial anyone has seen on the finer points of the built-in keyer. I'm sure I can get better results that I'm getting now.

Any suggestions?
