Audio key frames

Audio key frames was created by Whokuni
I'm having problems adjusting music to a project. The old way of using key frames to make music louder between narration sections seems to be missing or I'm missing the point. I've done a search of the net and they say I can insert key frames using option right click but that doesn't seem to work. Can anybody please point me in the right direction and even a youtube tut to help?
Thanking you

You can enter a keyframe in the audio part of a clip by using option click (not right click) on the audio volume line. You can also use the range tool to drag out a range on the audio clip and then adjust the level by dragging the audio volume line up or down. FCPX will add four keyframes creating a fade at each end.
