Export chapters as separate files

Hi,
Does anyone know of a way to export chapters as individual clips?
I am looking for some auto/batch way to do this as there are 100+ chapters.
Even if I export the whole sequence with chapters as a MOV, then use QT7 or another app somehow to do this would be fine.
If it matters or not, I only really need the audio (AIFF/wav etc..) portion of the chapters.

So chapter 1 to chapter 2 would be one clip
Chapter 2 to chapter 3 would be another clip... etc..
