I would like to help, I bought the Sony 4K PXW-Z100, with Premiere and Media Encoder once the video has been cut you can export MXF codec XAVC, and subsequently with Containing selective Browser inportarlo sulla camera and use it as a player, my question with Final Cut X, you can do this?

No-one accepts XAVC as a delivery format, so there is no use at all in exporting your edit to XAVC. You can export to XDCAM HD MXF and AVC-Intra 100 MXF from FCP X with the Hamburg Media plugin. But in today's world PoRes is becoming the most widely accepted format for delivering edited programs, so that's your best choice.

But why be chained to a camera? What is the usefulness?

usefulness is that at this moment is the only way to revise a 4K video without loss of quality

If you recompress to XDCAM there will be loss of quality. There will not if you export 4444.

That, my friend, is completely wrong. Import the XAVC 4K footage in FCP X with the free XAVC plugin from Sony ( www.sonycreativesoftware.com/pdzk-lt2 ) and you will immediately be able to view your original footage and/or your edit in full 4K quality as long as you have a decent 4K monitor attached to your system. That's the way we work with 4K from any camera.

you've done this, I also Calibrated MXF inport, I can work in Final Cut X, but the problem comes when you want to make a media that you can see on a TV that is not the TV connected to the Mac but for example a TV that you have in the room.
I also have Premiere and DC workflow allows me to see the then mounted by inserting the camera to any TV, I know that it is linked to the camera, but as long as there will not be a player, like Apple TV that supports a 4K file.

Re-encoding Long-GOP to Long-GOP introduces quality loss, period.

Exactly what 4K screen are you showing this on?

Of course there are UHD and 4K players. Sony has its own little UHD player (FMPX1) that you can connect to any UHD tv. And if you want top-notch quality there is the Redray player that supports true 4K ProRes, which is more than your camera can record. And as said before: you can connect any 4K monitor or UHD tv to your shining new MacPro via HDMI or TB and get instant 4K playback. When you convert XAVC back to XAVC in Premiere/Media Encoder you lose quality.
