Click the Share button. Select the Apple device setting you want. In Settings under When Done pick the iTunes library you want to put it into.

Thanks Tom , should I see a progress bar somewhere ? Sorry jumped the gun there, it has appeared in iTunes, thanks for your help

There's a dial in the Dashboard that shows progress. Click it to open the Background Task HUD.
