DESCRIPTION:

The Marketing Services Group is looking for a talented, seasoned, and
personable Motion Graphic Designer with advanced Print Design Skills as
well to design and manage a wide range of Video, Multimedia and print
deliverables including 2D and 3D Animation, website design, print design, conference
materials and advanced presentations. This person will work closely with internal
marketing managers and clients to create and update our digital and print based
marketing materials, and generate and present design concepts that accurately
portray the Pershing brand. As well as creating his/her own concepts, This person
Will coordinate with vendors, oversee the production and generate best
practices. They will work closely with internal clients as well as
production vendors to identify the most cost-effective means of producing
each piece without compromising quality.


QUALIFICATIONS:

- 4 year college bachelor¹s degree is preferred

- 5 years industry design experience

- Good oral presentation skills are a must since this position will

require frequent client interaction

- Must possess a strong technical background with respect to the hardware

and software (computers and in-house printers) that designers use

- Must have a very strong sense of detail, be very creative and organized,

and have the ability to reprioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced

environment.

- Self-motivated individual Strong project management skills required

- Must have extensive experience working on the Macintosh, and using

Cinema 4d, Final Cut pro X, Motion, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator,

Photoshop, Acrobat and Apple Keynote,

- Requires extensive experience generating production specifications, and

managing the production process from start to finish

- Must have the ability to take initiative and work independently on the

projects assigned to them
