Render files disappearing when opening FCPX

This isn't a huge deal but I've noticed that if I previously rendered something, quit FCPX and come back and re-open it later, many (not all) of the render files are gone. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes, it's a known issue. This happens most frequently on clips or effects that have been re-rendered. Apparently old ("unused") render files can conflict with the final render files when reconnecting to the clips on the timeline. A fairly good way to avoid this is to delete unused render files before closing FCP X.

FYI: to be able to delete unused Project render files you must select the Event to which the Project belongs. When you select the Project itself you only have the option to delete ALL render files.

I have the same problem, the render dissapear. I have tried your described trick of deleting all the old renders but when I go to the render´s folder of the project there is not any. I have tried several times and didn`t get any chance. I hope you can give me a hand.
