I'm helping my daughter with a school project that has to be turned in on DVD . I haven't put anything on DVD since mini-dv cameras were the thing. Everything is being shot in 1080p. Would it be better to create the project with the output format (720 x 480) in mind or just use a 1080p project and let fcpx or compressor worry about squeezing it down?

Or I guess I could dust off my mini-dv camera
